Amish-Cinnamon-Bread



*Ingredients:

°1 cup Amish Amish Bread 
°⅔ cup vegetable oil
°3 eggs
°2 cups flour
°1 c white sugar
°1 tsp ground cinnamon
°½ tsp of salt
°½ tsp baking soda
°1 ¼ teaspoon baking powder
°1 teaspoon vanilla extract

*Preparation of the recipe

Preheat oven 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Grease 2 loaf pans (9 x 5 inches).

In a large bowl, combine the Amish bread starter with oil, eggs, 2 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder and 1 teaspoon vanilla Mix well Pour into prepared loaf pans.
