Boneless Chicken Tenders


°6 chicken breasts
°0.5l milk
°150g Flour
°225g Breadcrumbs
°3 eggs
°1 frying bath
°1 lemon
°Sprigs of parsley (a little)

* Methods : 

The day before, cutting chicken fillets into sticks, putting them in a bowl, cover  with milk, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
The same day, drain chicken pieces.
Pour flour and breadcrumbs to 2 different deep plates & beat eggs in a third plate. Dip evry piece of poultry in flour, then in beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
Heat fry bath also immerse chicken sticks in it for a few min,  Draining, salt, pepper and serving sprinkled with parsley leaves, with lemon cut into quarters.
