*Sopapilla Cheese Cake*


°2 (8 oz) packages Pillsbury croissants 
°2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, at room temperature 
°1 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla 
°1/4 cup butter (melted) 
°1 tbsp cinnamon 
°4 tablespoons of sugar

* Methods 

 Preheat oven 350 degrees.

Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.

Press a box of crescent rolls into the bottom of the dish, making sure to reach the edges and stay together.

* Bake the first layer of croissant dough until set, perhaps 5-8 minutes. (Optional, that way I make sure it's done. I don't like raw dough)

Blending softened cream cheese, sugar also vanilla.

Spreading mixture on croissants.

Roll the remaining crescent roll over the top and stretch to the edges
