* Ingredients :

°450 g (1 lb) semi-lean ground beef
°1 pouch 39g taco seasoning
°3 tomatoes, diced
°1 can (540 ml) black beans, rinsed and drained
°500 ml (2 cups) vegetable mix for chili

* Methods:

In skillet, heat  olive oil over heat. Cooking ground beef for 4 to 5 min, breaking up meat with wooden spoon.
Add taco seasonings and tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
Place the beef mixture in a bowl. Add beans, mixed vegetables, rice, cilantro and, if desired, zucchini. Salt, pepper and stir. Let cool, then chill in the fridge.
Butter  20-cm (8-inch) square baking dish, & transfering beef mix to it. Level surface. If desired, sprinkle with cheese.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and aluminum foil. Place in the freezer.
The day before the meal, let the gratin thaw in the refrigerator.
When cooking, preheat the oven to 205°C (400°F).
Remove foil and plastic wrap from pan. Bake 30 to 35
