°4 cups cold mashed potatoes
°5 slices bacon
°1/2 t onion powder
°1/2 t of salt
°1/2 t black pepper
°2 egg beaten
°1/2 c grated cheddar cheese


Place bacon in a large, deep skillet, cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned and crispy, about 10 minutes.
Remove bacon slices, crumble and set aside. Leave the bacon grease in the skillet.
Combine mashed potatoes, eggs, onion powder, salt and black pepper in a bowl;
stir in crumbled bacon and Cheddar cheese.
Shape mix to 8 patties.
Heat bacon fat over medium heat, sauté patties in fat until crisp on each side, about 4 minutes per side
