Broccoli, rice, cheese and chicken casserole


2 cups of water
2 cups uncooked rice
1-10 ounces of cream of chicken soup
1-10 oz can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
Half a cup of butter
1 cup milk
1 small white onion
16 ounces diced broccoli
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


The first step:
Preheat oven to 350*
Cook the rice as instructed
The second step:
In a 9x13 baking tray, put rice and chicken, add soup, butter, broccoli and onions. Stir with a cup of cheese
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes
Third step:
During the last few minutes, sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and let it melt.
Take it out of the oven and leave it for 5 minutes.
The fourth step:
Served with dinner salad or breadsticks.
Serve hot and enjoy!
