* Ingredients : 

°About 250 grams. Chopped onion.
°340 grams. Chicken breasts or thighs, I removed the skin and cut them into small cubes.
°3 minced garlic cloves.
°1 large spoon. Olive oil.
°105 grams. Of uncooked white rice.
°10 oz. From cream of chicken, you can make it at home or use the store-bought box.
°1¼ cups. Chicken broth.
°1½ cups. Broccoli florets is about 375 grams.
°1½ cups. Grated cheese, you can use cheddar or another melting cheese.
°30 grams. Fresh chopped parsley.
°Sea salt, to taste.
°Ground black pepper, to taste


Step 1:
Initially, you should heat the olive oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened and
translucent, about 2 to 4 minutes.
2nd step:
Then add the cubed chicken, salt and pepper and cook for 3-5 minutes before adding the garlic and cooking for an additional minute.
Step 3:
Then, substitute the rice and simmer for 2 or 3 minutes before mixing the cream of chicken and chicken broth or water.
Step 4:
At this point, bring the rice mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to low, Cook, covered, for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring periodically, until the
