* Ingredients : 

°2 cups flour
°2 sticks of butter
°2 packages of 3 oz cream cheese
°Choice of pastry filling

Let the butter and cream cheese come to room temperature. Mix together. Slowly add the flour. It gets really thick and you'll have to use your hands to mix. After mixing, refrigerate for at least one hour. Roll out 1/8". Cut into 2-inch squares. Place filling on cookie on diagonal. Fold in remaining 2 corners.
Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes until bottom is golden brown. After cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
