Lemon dessert


*INGREDIENTS

°1 1/4 cup flour
°3/4 cup butter
°1/4 cup pecans + extra for top
°8 oz cream cheese, softened
°16oz Fresh Whip
°1 cup powder sugar
°4 small boxes (3.4 oz) instant lemon pudding
°5 cups of milk

*INSTRUCTIONS

FIRST LAYER
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Cut the butter into flour. Mix well and add the pecans. Pat to bottom of a 9×13 pan & bake for 20 mn 
SECOND LAYER
Whisking softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in half of Cool Whip (about 8 oz). Spreading on crust.
THIRD LAYER
Combine lemon pudding and milk. Beat until thickened. Spreading on cream cheese layer.
FOURTH LAYER
Pour & swirl the remaining fresh whip on top. Sprinkle with pecans.
Refrigerate to ready to serving
