LOADED CHICKEN & POTATOES



Ingredients

°470g boneless chicken breast, which I cut into 1 inch cubes.
°8 medium red potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 cubes.
°1/3 m of olive oil.
°2 tablespoons garlic powder.
°2 tbsp. hot sauce, you can add more if you like it too hot.
°1 tablespoon of paprika.
°2 teaspoons of salt.
°1 teaspoon of black pepper.
at the top:
°2 cups Fiesta Cheese Blend.
°1 cup chopped green onions.
°1 cup grated bacon.

*Directions

Step 1:
You have preheated the oven to 400 degrees F. I spray cooking spray into a 9.13 inch baking dish.
2nd step:
Combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika and hot sauce in a large bowl.
Step 3:
Add chicken and cubed potatoes and toss to coat.
The fourth step:
Place potatoes and chicken in a carefully lined baking dish.
Step Five:
Bake for 55-60 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes, until golden brown and crispy and browned on the outside.
Sixth step:
While the potatoes were cooking, I fried the bacon, about half a pound.
Seventh step:
When it's well cooked, I take the potatoes and the chicken out of the oven.
Step 8:
