°½ teaspoon ground black pepper
°2 tablespoons of butter
°1 yellow onion, chopped
°½ green bell pepper, chopped
°24 wrappers of egg rolls
°12 slice American cheese
°¾ cup vegetable oil for frying

Heat skillet on medium heat. Cook beef, breaking up as little as possible, until browned and still about the size of peas, 5 to 7 minutes. Add the Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Stir and remove the mixture to the pan.
Melting butter in the skillet. Add onion and bell pepper; cook and stir until golden brown, 5 to 7 minutes. Returning beef mix to skillet also stir to combine. Let the filling cool while you prepare the wraps.
Spread the sheets of rolled eggs on a flat surface. Place 1/2 slice of American cheese on each. Add 3 tablespoons of filling to each imperial roll. Pull bottom left corner over filling and fold in both sides, moistening edges with water as you go; roll tight.
Heat 1 inch of oil in  saucepan on medium heat. Add 3-4 imperial rolls at a time and fry until golden brown, 3-4 minutes. Repeat with the remaining spring rolls.
Enjoy !
