*Pork-chops with onion & mushroom gravy*



*Ingredients:

°4 pork chops, sliced ​​centered, 1 to 1 inch thick
°1 teaspoon salt
°1 teaspoon black pepper
°1 tablespoon olive oil
°1 large white onion, halved and sliced
°8 ounces sliced ​​mushrooms
°2 tablespoons butter
°2-3 minced garlic cloves
°2 t all-purpose flour
°2 c chicken broth

* Methods 

First, preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Seasoning both sides of the pork chops with salt & pepper
Heat heavy, oven-safe skillet on high heat
Roast the pork chops for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. For thicker pork chops (more than 1 inch), transfer them to a 9" x 13" baking tray to finish cooking in the preheated oven. Cook to pork chops reach inner recipe 145 degrees (for 15 minutes).
Add to the pan the olive oil, onions and sliced ​​mushrooms. Saute mushrooms and onions for 5-7 minutes, until soft and translucent.
Add garlic and butter and cook for another 60 seconds
Gently sprinkle the flour into the pan and stir for 1 minute until all of the white flour specks are gone. Add two cups of chicken broth and leave the pan over a low heat, stirring the sauce until it thickens.
Once the pork is cooked, return to the skillet. Serve pork hot with onion and mushroom broth.
