*Rotisserie-Chicken with Stuffing-Casserole*


*Ingredients

° 1 pack Stove Top Stuffing Mix (or more if desired)
° 1 whole cooked and shredded chicken
° 1 ½ cups of water or chicken broth
° ¼ cup butter
° 3 celery stalks, diced
° 1 onion, diced
° 1 box of cream of chicken
° ½ can of cream of mushroom soup
° 8 ounces of sour cream
° Salt and pepper to taste

*Instructions

FIRST STEP:
Preheat oven 350*, spray  9x13 baking dish with cook spray
Bring water (or chicken broth) to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add the stuffing mix once the liquid boils.
SECOND STEP:
Remove the pan from the heat, cover and set aside. Stir with a fork when done.
In a frying pan, heat the butter and add the onion and celery, cook until softened
THIRD STEP:
Combine soups & sour cream in a bowl
Place the shredded chicken in the bottom of the baking dish, layer the onions and celery over the meat.
FOURTH STEP:
Sprinkle with salt & pepper
Top the onion also celery with soup mix
FIFTH STEP:
Garnish with stuffing mix
Baking for 1 hour, to bubbly & golden brown
