TEXAS TORNADO CAKE



*Ingredients:
+Cake:
°2 cups all-purpose flour
°1 t baking soda
°2 c granulated sugar
°2 eggs
°1 t vanilla extract
°20 oz crush pineapple
+Trim:
°1/2 c salted butter
 °1/2 t vanilla extract
°2/3 c evaporated milk
°1 c granulated sugar
°1 c chopped pecans
°1 c coconut flakes

*Methods :

Preheat oven to 350 degrees & greased 9×13″ baking dish with butter
In a large bowl, combine your flour, sugar, baking soda, eggs, vanilla and crushed pineapple
Pour to pan and bake for 40-45 min 
Makeingseveral holes in cake with the handle of  wooden spoon
In a medium saucepan, heat your butter, sugar, evaporated milk and vanilla until boiling
Adding pecans also coconut and continue cooking for about 5 mn on heat, stirring constantly
Spoon your top equally over cake, sliced
