*INGREDIENTS
°2 lbs lean ground beef
°1 package (1 1/4 ounces) taco seasoning
°1 can corn, drain
°1 (10 3/4 ounces) Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup
°1 pack (32 oz) tater tots
°1 package (8 ounces) cheddar cheese
*Methods
drain brown beef.
stir in taco seasoning and water and simmer for 5 minutes.
add corn soup to a 9 x 13 pan and top with tater tots.
bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
remove top of cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
adding ketchup or taco sauce when serving is very good.
